Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਹੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮ ਚੰਗੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਓ! ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰੋ! ਉਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ, ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਹੇ ਬਡੇ ਭਾਗ ਵਾਲਿਓ! ਤੁਮ ਸੋ ਰਾਮ ਮੇਂ ਰਮਣ ਕਰੋ ਜੋ ਰਾਮ (ਜਲਿ ਥਲਿ) ਪਾਤਾਲ (ਮਹੀ) ਪ੍ਰਿਥਵੀ (ਅਲਿ) ਅਕਾਸ ਮੇਂ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲਿਓ! ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰੋ ਜੋ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਰ (ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਲਿ = ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ। ਥਲਿ = ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ। ਮਹੀਅਲਿ = ਮਹੀ ਤਲਿ, ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਤਲ ਤੇ, ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ, ਭਾਵ, ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ (ਜੀਵਨ-ਰਾਹ ਵਿਚ) ਕੋਈ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦੀ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਾਮਿ = {ਅਧਿਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਕ, ਇਕ-ਵਚਨ}। ਨਾਮਿ ਅਰਾਧਿਐ = (ਪੂਰਬ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਾਰਦੰਤਕ, Locative Absolute) ਜੇ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰੀਏ} ॥੨॥
