Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਹੜਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜਲ ਵਿਚ ਥਲ ਵਿਚ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਸਮ ਹੈ, ਜੋ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਹੈ,ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਲਿ = ਜਲ ਵਿਚ। ਥਲਿ = ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਚ। ਮਹੀਅਲਿ = ਮਹੀ ਤਲਿ, ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਤਲ ਉੱਤੇ, ਪੁਲਾੜ ਵਿਚ, ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿਚ। ਪੂਰਿ ਰਹਿਓ = ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ।
