Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਸੰਸਾਰ ਕੀਆਂ ਵਾ ਮਾਇਆ ਕੀਆਂ ਜੋ ਵਡਿਆਈਆਂ ਹੈਂ, ਸੋ ਅਗ ਕੇ ਸਾਥ ਜਾਲ ਦੇਈਏ, ਭਾਵ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦੇਈਏ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਡਿਆਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਾੜ ਦੇਹ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅਗੀ ਸੇਤੀ = ਅੱਗ ਨਾਲ। ਜਾਲਿ = ਸਾੜ ਦੇ।

Sant Singh KhalsaThese burnt offerings have caused mortals to forget the Naam, the Name of the Lord. Not even one of them will go along with you in the end. ||2||
Manmohan SinghThese (accursed) or (burnt) ones have made man forget the Name. Not even one of them goes with him.
Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ (ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਆਂ) ਜਾ (ਸੜੀਆਂ) ਹੋਈਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮ ਭੁਲਾ ਦਿਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਭੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਇਹਨਾਂ ਚੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ (ਮਨੁੱਖ ਤੋਂ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਭੁਲਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ (ਪਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ) ਇੱਕ ਭੀ (ਮਰਨ ਪਿਛੋਂ) ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਲੀਈਂ = ਸੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਨੇ, ਚੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ। ਏਨੀ = ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ॥੨॥
