Prof. Sahib Singh(ਮਾਇਆ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਆਦਿਕ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਭੀ ਆਪਣਾ (ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾ ਕੇ) ਬ੍ਰਹਮ-ਪੁਰੀ, ਸ਼ਿਵ-ਪੁਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ-ਪੁਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੱਲਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਸੰਸਾਰਕ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਲ) ਆਈ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਲੋਕ = ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਰੀ। ਅਰੁ = ਅਤੇ। ਰੁਦ੍ਰ = ਸ਼ਿਵ। ਤੇ = ਤੋਂ। ਧਾਇ = ਦੌੜ ਕੇ, ਹੱਲਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ।

Fareedkot Teekaਛਿਪੀ ਹੋਈ ਮਾਯਾ ਰੂਪ ਅਗਨਿ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੁਰਸ ਵਸੇਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜਲਾਏ ਹੈਂ। ਸੋ ਸਤਗੁਰੋਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਿਸ ਸੇ ਬਚਣੇ ਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰੁ ਬਤਾਇ ਦੀਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਯਹ ਬੁਝੈਗੀ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਦੀ) ਗੁੱਝੀ ਅੱਗ (ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ) ਬਹੁਤ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾੜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ (ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ) ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ (ਤਰੀਕਾ) ਦੱਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਗੁਹਜ = ਗੁੱਝੀ, ਲੁਕਵੀਂ। ਪਾਵਕੋ = ਪਾਵਕੁ, ਅੱਗ। ਪ੍ਰਜਾਰੈ = ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾੜਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੋ ਕਉ = ਮੈਨੂੰ। ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ = ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਜੋਗ-ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੁੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਜੋਗੀ, ਜੋਗ-ਸਾਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਧੂ, ਜਖ੍ਯ੍ਯ, ਕਿੰਨਰ, ਮਨੁੱਖ-ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਇਆ ਚੰਬੜੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਿਧ = ਜੋਗ-ਸਾਧਨਾ ਵਿਚ ਉੱਘੇ ਹੋ ਚੁਕੇ ਜੋਗੀ। ਸਾਧਿਕ = ਜੋਗ-ਸਾਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ। ਜਖ੍ਯ੍ਯ = ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਕਿਸਮ। ਕਿੰਨਰ = ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਕਿਸਮ। ਨਰ = ਮਨੁੱਖ। ਕੰਠਿ = ਗਲ ਨਾਲ। ਉਰਝਾਇ = ਚੰਬੜੀ ਹੋਈ।

Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਜਿਸੁ ਕੀਆਂ ਕਰੋੜੋਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਨੰਤ ਐਸੀਆਂ ਸਕਤੀਆਂ ਦਾਸੀ ਹੈਂ, ਤਿਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਕਰਤੇ ਨੇ ਮੇਰਾ (ਅੰਗੁ) ਪਖ੍ਯੁ ਕੀਆ ਹੈ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਮੇਰੀ ਰਖ੍ਯਾ ਕਰੀ ਹੈ॥੨॥੧੨॥੨੧॥☬ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਕੇ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਾ ਮਹਾਤਮ ਦੇਖਾਵਤੇ ਹੂਏ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ:
Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੱਖ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ (ਇਸ ਮਾਇਆ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ) ਕ੍ਰੋੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਾਸੀਆਂ ਹਨ ॥੨॥੧੨॥੨੧॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅੰਗੁ = ਪੱਖ। ਜਨ ਅੰਗੁ = ਦਾਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੱਖ। ਪ੍ਰਭਿ = ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ। ਕਰਤੈ = ਕਰਤਾਰ ਨੇ। ਕੋਟਿ = ਕ੍ਰੋੜਾਂ। ਦਾਸਾਇ = ਦਾਸੀਆਂ ॥੨॥੧੨॥੨੧॥
