Fareedkot Teekaਸੰਤੋਂ ਕੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਸੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਮਨ ਟਿਕਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਵਤਾ, ਭਾਵ ਅਸਥਿਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਤਾ। ਗੁਰੋਂ ਸੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਇਹ ਦੁਖ ਕਿਸ ਕੇ ਆਗੇ ਜਾਇਕੇ ਰੋਈਏ; ਵਾ ਵਹੁ ਕਿਸ ਪਾਸ ਜਾਇਕੇ ਰੋਵੇ, ਭਾਵ ਗੁਰੋਂ ਸੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦੁਖ ਕੇ ਸੁਣਨੇ ਔ ਨਿਬਿਰਤ ਕਰਨੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ॥੧॥
