Prof. Sahib Singhਹੋਰ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਰਸਤਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਿਤਨੀ ਭੀ ਦੌੜ-ਭੱਜ ਕਰੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਤਨਾ ਹੀ ਦੁੱਖ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਤਨਾ ਹੀ ਹਾਹੁਕਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮਾਰਗ = ਰਸਤੇ। ਜੇਤਾ = ਜਿਤਨਾ ਹੀ। ਧਾਈਐ = ਦੌੜ-ਭੱਜ ਕਰੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਤੇਤੋ = ਉਤਨਾ ਹੀ। ਹਾਵਾ = ਹਾਹੁਕਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਸ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹਿਰਦਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੱਥਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਰਿਦਾ = ਹਿਰਦਾ। ਰਿਦੈ = ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ। ਮਸਤ = ਮਸਤਕ, ਮੱਥਾ। ਧੂਰਾਵਾ = ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ॥੧॥

sarab nidhaan naam har har kai; jis karam likhiaa. tin paavaa |
Sant Singh KhalsaAll treasures are in the Name of the Lord, Har, Har; he alone obtains it, who has it written in his karma.
Manmohan SinghAll the treasures are in the Lord God's Name, but he alone is blessed with it, in whose destiny it is so writ.

Fareedkot Teekaਨਾਮੀ ਕੇ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਨੇ ਕਰ ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਤੀ ਹੈਂ, ਪਰੰਤੂ ਜਿਸ ਕੇ ਮਸਤਕ ਪੁਰ ਨਾਮ ਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਿਖਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਸੀ ਨੇ ਪਾਯਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਰੇ (ਹੀ) ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ) ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ (ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਲੇਖ) ਲਿਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ (ਨਾਮ) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਿਧਾਨ = ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ। ਨਾਮਿ ਹਰਿ ਕੈ = ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਚ। ਜਿਸੁ ਲਿਖਿਆ = ਜਿਸ ਦੇ (ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ) ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕਰਮਿ = (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ) ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ {ਕਰਮੁ = ਮਿਹਰ, ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼}। ਤਿਨਿ = ਉਸ (ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਨੇ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲ ਪਿਆ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮਿਲ ਗਿਆ, ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ) ਸੁਖ ਵਿਚ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਆਨੰਦ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਜ਼ਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਈ ॥੨॥੧੬॥੩੯॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕਉ = ਨੂੰ। ਭੇਟਿਓ = ਮਿਲ ਪਿਆ। ਸੁਖਿ = ਆਨੰਦ ਵਿਚ। ਸਹਜੇ = ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ। ਜਨ ਕਉ = ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ॥੨॥੧੬॥੩੯॥
