* ਭਾਵ: ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹੀ ਸਿਮਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ।
