Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਮੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਅਸਮਾਨ।
Fareedkot Teekaਨਾਮ ਕੇ ਜਪਨੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੀ (ਧਰਤਿ) ਬੁਧੀ ਸੋਭਨੀਕ ਹੋਤੀ ਹੈ ਔਰ (ਅਕਾਸੁ) ਰਿਦਾ ਵੀ ਤਿਨ ਕਾ ਸੋਭਤਾ ਹੈ; ਵਾ ਪਰਤਖ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਕਾਸ ਸੋਭਨੀਕ ਹੈਂ ਜਹਾਂ ਬੈਠ ਕਰ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਸੁਹਾਵੇ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਠੰਢ ਵਰਤੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ);

Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ-ਵਿਕਾਰ ਕਾਂ ਹੀ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ (ਤੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ-ਰੋਗ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਸੁਹਾਵਣੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦੀ) ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਤਿਨ ਤਨ = ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ। ਕਾਉ = ਕਾਂ, (ਭਾਵ,) ਵਿਸ਼ੇ-ਵਿਕਾਰ ॥੨॥
