Sant Singh KhalsaThose who do not affirm their Guru shall have no home or place of rest.

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਨਕਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਜਾ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਭਦਾ।
Fareedkot Teekaਜਿਨੋਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁਰੂ (ਗੋਪਿਆ) ਛਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਤਿਸ ਕੇ ਠਹਰਨੇ ਕੋ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਥਾਂ ਨਾਹ ਖਿੱਤਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੇ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਗਵਾਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਹਰੀ ਦੀ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ (ਭੀ) ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੂ ਮਿਲਦੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ) ਫੇਰ ਉਹ ਮੌਕਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਕਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਚਰਨੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਣ,

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਗਣਤੈ ਘੁਸੀਐ; ਦੁਖੇ ਦੁਖਿ ਵਿਹਾਇ ॥

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਜੇਕਰ ਬੰਦਾ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਰੀਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣੋ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਬੜੇ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਗੁਜਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਕਿਉਂਕਿ) ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ (ਇਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਜੇ) ਖੁੰਝ ਜਾਈਏ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਰੋਲ ਦੁੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਉਮਰ ਬੀਤਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਗਣਤ = ਨਿੰਦਿਆ।

Sant Singh KhalsaThe True Guru, the Primal Being, has no hatred or vengeance; He unites with Himself those with whom He is pleased.
Manmohan SinghThe Omnipotent Satguru is without enmity, with himself he attaches any, whom he likes.
Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਵਾਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਨੀ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਲੈਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸਤਗੁਰੂ ਨਿਰਵੈਰ ਪੁਰਖ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕੋ ਆਪ ਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਮੇਂ ਲਗਾਇ ਲੇਤਾ ਹੈ, ਸੋ ਲਗਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰ) ਮਰਦ (ਭਾਵ, ਸੂਰਮਾ) ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ (ਅਜਿਹਾ) ਨਿਰਵੈਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ (ਨਿੰਦਕ) ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਆਪੇ (ਭਾਵ, ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਮਿਹਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਚਰਨੀਂ) ਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਿਸੁ = ਉਸ (ਨਿੰਦਕ) ਨੂੰ।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਨਾਨਕ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਲਾਸੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਲੈਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਾਈਂ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਜਿਨੋਂ ਕੌ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਤਿਨ ਕੋ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਮੇਂ ਛੁਡਾਇ ਲੀਆ ਹੈ॥੧॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਤੇ ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰੀ, ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਛੁਡਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਵੇਖਾਲਿਓਨੁ = ਵਿਖਾਲਿਆ ਉਸ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਨੇ ॥੧॥
