ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜੀਵਤ = ਜੀਊਂਦੇ ਹੀ, ਇਸੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ। ਕੀਰਤਨਿ = ਕੀਰਤਨ ਨਾਲ, ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰ ਕੇ। ਜਾਗੇ = ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰਹੇ, ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਚੇ ਰਹੇ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਾਇ = {ਅਧਿਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਕ, ਇਕ-ਵਚਨ}। ਨਾਇ ਵਿਸਰਿਐ = {ਪੂਰਬ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਾਰਦੰਤਕ} ਜੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਿਸਰ ਜਾਏ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪੁਨੀਤ = ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ। ਕੋਟਿ = ਕ੍ਰੋੜ। ਪਿਰਾਗ = ਪ੍ਰਯਾਗ ॥੧੬॥
