ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮੁਰਾਰਿ = {ਮੁਰ-ਅਰਿ। ਅਰਿ = ਵੈਰੀ। ਮੁਰ ਦੈਂਤ ਦਾ ਵੈਰੀ} ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ। ਮੁਕੰਦ = {मुकुन्द} ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦਾਤਾ। ਫਾਧੋ = ਫਾਹੀ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰੰਗੋ = ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰੰਗੁ, ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਪਤੀ। ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲੁ = ਭਗਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ। ਬਿਰਦਾਇਆ = ਮੁੱਢ ਕਦੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਭਾਉ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕੰਟਕੁ = ਕੰਡਾ। ਕਾਲੁ = ਮੌਤ (ਦਾ ਸਹਮ)। ਜੀਅ ਜਾ ਕੈ = ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ।
