Fareedkot Teeka(ਸੂਐ ਚਾੜਿ) ਚੰਡੋਲ ਪਰ ਚਢਾ ਕਰ। ਵਾ ਦਖਣ ਦੇਸ ਮੇਂ ਇਕ ਸੁਆ ਦੇਵੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਮੇਂ ਜਿਸ ਕੇ ਬਾਲਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੀਵਤਾ ਵਹ ਸੁਖਨਾ ਕਰਤੀ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਬਾਲਕ ਕੋ ਲੇਜਾਇ ਕਰ ਪੀਠ ਭਾਰ ਸੂਏ ਪਰ ਚਢਾਉਤੇ ਹੈਂ ਔਰ ਸੂਏ ਕੋ ਬਲ ਕਰਕੈ ਫੇਰਤੇ ਹੈਂ। ਉਸ ਸਮ੍ਯ ਬਾਲਕ ਮੂਰਛਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਤਾ ਹੈ। ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ ਫਿਰ ਵਹੁ ਅਪਨੀ ਆਰਬਲਾ ਭੋਗਤਾ ਹੈ॥

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਉਂਞ) ਭੀ ਨੱਚਣ ਟੱਪਣ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਅੱਪੜ ਜਾਂਦੇ, ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਧ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਉਡਿ ਨ ਜਾਹੀ = (ਕਿਸੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਉੱਤੇ) ਉੱਡ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਅੱਪੜਦੇ।
