Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ, ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਜੀਵੋਂ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੀਵਣ ਰੂਪ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਸਹ) ਪਤੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਕੇ ਸਾਥ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਹੋ ਜਾਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਹੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਖਸਮ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲ (ਜੀਵ ਦਾ) ਮਿਲਾਪ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ;
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜੀਉ = ਜਿੰਦ। ਸਬਦੁ = ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ। ਜਿਤੁ = ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ। ਸਹ = ਖਸਮ ਦਾ।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਬਾਝੋਂ, ਸੰਸਾਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਅੰਧੇਰਾ ਹੈ। ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਖੁੰਝ ਕੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਲੋਂ) ਹਨੇਰਾ ਹੈ, ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ (ਹਨੇਰਾ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਝ ਦਾ) ਚਾਨਣ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਗਿ = ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ। ਪਰਗਟੁ = ਚਾਨਣ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਮੁਨੀ ਲੋਕ ਤੇ ਪੰਡਿਤ (ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ) ਪੜ੍ਹ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਹਾਰ ਗਏ, ਭੇਖਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਧੂ ਤੀਰਥਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਥੱਕ ਗਏ,
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮੋਨੀ = ਮੁਨੀ ਲੋਕ। ਭੇਖ = ਭੇਖਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ। ਤਨੁ ਧੋਇ = (ਤੀਰਥਾਂ ਉਤੇ) ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਧੋ ਕੇ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਖਸਮ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਸਭ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰੋ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਇਥੋਂ ਗਏ।
SikhNet (Spanish)se bañan todo el tiempo y se visten de muchas y variadas formas. Pero sin la Palabra del Guru nadie llega hasta Dios y se aflige.

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਭੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
