Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸੁਧਾਰਸ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ ਵਰ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੇਵਲ ਦਾਨਾ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਗੁਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਦੀਵ ਹੀ ਬਰਸਤਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਇਸ ਕੋ (ਬੂਝਣਹਾਰ) ਕੋਈ ਬੂਝਣੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੀ, ਭਾਵ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬੂਝਤੇ ਹੈਂ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh'ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ' ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਸਦਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ (ਪਰ ਇਸ ਭੇਤ ਨੂੰ) ਉਹੀ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਸਮਝਣ-ਜੋਗੇ ਹਨ;
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਬੂਝਣਹਾਰ = ਸਮਝਣ-ਜੋਗੇ; ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥ ਹਨ। ਬੂਝਨਿ = ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ (ਇਹ ਭੇਤ) ਸਮਝ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹ 'ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ' ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਂਭ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ;
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਉਰਿ = ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ। ਧਾਰਿ = ਸਾਂਭ ਕੇ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ = ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ। ਪੀਵਹਿ = ਪੀਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸਭ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਮੁਰਾਰੀ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਜ਼ਰੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ = ਸਭ ਥਾਈਂ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਆਤਮਾ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ। ਮੁਰਾਰਿ = (ਮੁਰ-ਅਰਿ) 'ਮੁਰ' ਦੈਂਤ ਦਾ ਵੈਰੀ (ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ), ਪ੍ਰਭੂ। ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ = ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਰਨ ਪਿਆਂ ॥੨॥
