Prof. Sahib Singh(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ!) ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਤੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਤੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੱਸਦਾ। (ਭਾਵ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਭੀ ਕੁੜੱਤਣ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਭੀ ਕੌੜੇ ਬਚਨ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ)।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਤਿਸੁ = ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ। ਚਿਤਿ = ਚਿੱਤ ਵਿਚ।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਨਾਨਕ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਚੰਗੀ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਦੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਮਲੀਆਮੇਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹੀਏ ਜੀਵ ਸੁਭ ਕਰਮੋਂ ਸੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਮੰਦ ਕਰਮੋਂ ਮੇਂ (ਹੰਢਨਿ) ਫਿਰਤੇ ਹੈਂ॥੧॥☬ਜੇ ਕਹੇ ਜੀਵ ਮੇਂ ਫਿਰਨਾ ਕੈਸੇ ਔਰ ਕਹਾਂ ਕਹਾਂ ਫਿਰਤੇ ਹੈਂ? ਤਿਸ ਪਰ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ:
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਐਸੇ ਬਦਨਸੀਬ ਬੰਦੇ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ, (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਹੋਰ) ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ (ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਥਿਆ) ਦੱਸੀਏ? (ਭਾਵ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਰੋਗ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ) ॥੧॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਹੰਢਨਿ = ਭਟਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਰਮਾ ਬਾਹਰੇ = ਕਰਮ-ਹੀਨ ॥੧॥
