Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਭਰੋਸਾ ਤੇ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਸਿਦਕਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਨਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਫਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਪਰ (ਸਿਦਕੁ) ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰਖਣਾ, ਔਰ (ਸਬੂਰੀ) ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸੇ ਜਥਾ ਲਾਭ ਸੰਤੁਸਟ ਰਹਣਾ, ਏਹ (ਸਾਦਿਕਾ) ਜਗ੍ਯਾਸੂਆਂ ਕੋ ਚਾਹੀਏ। (ਸਬਰੁ) ਸਹਣਸੀਲਤਾ (ਤੋਸਾ) ਖਰਚ (ਮਲਾਇਕਾਂ) ਦੇਵਤਾ ਰੂਪ ਗੁਰੋਂ ਪਾਸ ਚਾਹੀਏ, ਵਾ ਸਕਤੀਆਂ ਕੇ ਹੋਤਿਆਂ (ਸਬਰੁ) ਸਹਣਸੀਲ ਹੋਣਾ, ਏਹ (ਤੋਸਾ) ਖਰਚ ਦੇਵ ਰੂਪ ਸੰਤੋਂ ਕਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਸਿਦਕੀਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਕਰ ਦੀ, ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਾਂ ਪਾਸ ਸਬਰ (ਸੰਤੋਖ) ਦੀ ਰਾਸਿ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਾਦਿਕ = ਸਿਦਕ ਵਾਲਾ। ਸਬੂਰੀ = ਸ਼ੁਕਰ। ਤੋਸਾ = ਰਾਹ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਰਚ। ਮਲਾਇਕ = ਦੇਵਤੇ, ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਭਾਉ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ।

Fareedkot Teeka(ਪੂਰੇ) ਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਕਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਗ੍ਯਾਨੀਓਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਰ ਜਗ੍ਯਾਸੂ ਪਾਵੈਂਗੇ, (ਥਾਉ) ਸਰੂਪ ਮੇਂ ਠਉਰ (ਖਾਇਕਾ) ਮੂਰਖੋਂ ਕੋ ਨਹੀਂ ॥੨॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ) ਉਹ ਪੂਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। (ਪਰ) ਨਿਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਉਂ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪਾਇਸਾ = ਪਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਖ਼ਾਇਕ = ਨਿਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ॥੨॥
