Prof. Sahib Singhਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਸੁਆਸ ਸੁਆਸ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ,ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਚਿਤਵੰਤਿ = ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਧਿਆਨ ਧਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਸਿ ਸਾਸਿ = ਹਰੇਕ ਸਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ। ਅਰਾਧਨਹ = ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

Fareedkot Teekaਹੇ ਅਚੁਤ! ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋ ਕਬੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਸਰਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਤੂੰ ਸਰਬ ਆਸਾ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਰਨੇਹਾਰਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਹੈਂ॥੧॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਜੋ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਕਦੇ ਭੁਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਸਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅਚੁਤ = {ਅ-ਚਯੁਤ, ਇਸ ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵੇਲੇ 'ਅੱਚ' ਨੂੰ 'ਅਧਕ' (ੱ) ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂਕਿ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਤੇ ਰਹੇ। ਚਯੁ = ਨਾਸ ਹੋਣਾ। ਚਯੁਤ = ਨਾਸ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ} ਨਾਹ ਨਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ॥੧॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ (ਸਦਾ) ਪ੍ਰੋਤਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਖਿਨ ਲਈ ਭੀ ਜੁਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ,ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮੰਨ ਮੰਝਾਹਿ = ਮਨ ਵਿਚ। ਨ ਥੀਵੈ = ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਬਾਹਰਾ = ਜੁਦਾ।
