Sant Singh KhalsaThe treasure of the Lord's Praise is such a blessed gift; he alone obtains it to spend, unto whom the Lord bestows it.

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਦਾ ਭੰਡਾਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਦਾਤ ਹੈ। ਕੇਵਲ ਓਹੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਖਰਚਦਾ ਤੇ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਬਖਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਕੀ ਸਿਫਤੀ ਉਸਤਤੀ ਰੂਪ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਗੁਰੋਂ ਕੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜਿਸ ਕੋ ਬਖਸ਼ਤਾ ਹੈ, ਸੋਈ ਖਰਚਤਾ ਖਾਤਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵ ਇਹ ਕਿ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਤਾ ਜਪਾਉਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ (ਹਰੀ ਦੀ) ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸ਼ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਰਚਦਾ ਤੇ ਖ਼ਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਭਾਵ, ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ)।

Sant Singh KhalsaO Nanak, the self-willed manmukhs of the world lack this wealth; when they are hungry in the next world, what will they have to eat there? ||2||

Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਮਨਮੁਖ (ਜਗਤੁ) ਜੀਵ ਵਾ ਜਗਤ ਮੇਂ ਨਾਮ ਧਨ ਸੇ ਰਹਤ ਹੈ ਔਰ ਭੂਖਾ ਹੈ, ਵਹ ਆਗੇ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਮੇਂ ਜਾਇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਕਿਆ ਖਾਏਗਾ, ਭਾਵ ਨਾਮ ਸੇ ਰਹਤ ਜੀਵ ਦੁਖ ਹੀ ਭੋਗੇਗਾ॥੨॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਮਨ ਦਾ ਅਧੀਨ (ਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਭੁੱਲਾ) ਹੋਇਆ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਅਸਲ ਧਨ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ) ਦਾ ਭੁਖਾ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ॥੨॥
