Prof. Sahib Singhਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ (ਮਨੁੱਖਾ) ਸਰੀਰ ਧਰਮ (ਕਮਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ) ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਲੁਕੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।

Sant Singh KhalsaHidden within it are the jewels of mystery; how rare is that Gurmukh, that selfless servant, who digs them out.

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਇਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਗੈਬੀ ਜਵਾਹਿਰਾਤ ਛੁਪੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਗੋਲਾ ਹੀ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਣ ਕੇ ਕੱਢਦਾ ਹੈ!
Fareedkot Teekaਔਰ ਬੀਚ ਮੇਂ ਗੁਹਜ ਰਤਨ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਵੈਰਾਗ ਆਦਿ ਗੁਣ ਛਪ ਰਹੇ ਹੈਂ। ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਕੋਈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਹੀ (ਖੋਤਿ) ਖੋਦਿ ਕੇ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ (ਕਢੈ) ਨਿਕਾਲਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਇਸ (ਸਰੀਰ) ਵਿਚ (ਦੈਵੀ ਗੁਣ-ਰੂਪ) ਗੁੱਝੇ ਲਾਲ ਲੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਟ ਕੇ (ਭਾਵ, ਡੂੰਘੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ) ਕੱਢਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਗੁਹਜ ਰਤਨ = ਗੁੱਝੇ ਲਾਲ। ਖੋਤਿ = ਖੋਤਰ ਕੇ।

Fareedkot Teekaਪੁਨਾ ਜਬ ਸਭ ਮੈਂ ਆਤਮਾ ਰਾਮ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਤੌ ਏਕ ਮੇਂ (ਰਵਿਆ) ਅਭੇਦ ਹੂਆ ॥☬ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ: ਕੈਸਾ ਹੈ?☬ਉਤਰ: ਏਕ ਜੋ ਇਕੋ ਹੀ ਤਾਣਾ ਪੇਟਾ ਬਸਤ੍ਰੋਂ ਕੇ ਸੂਤ੍ਰਵਤ ਹੋ ਰਹਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸੇਵਕ ਇਹ ਲਾਲ ਲੱਭ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ਤਦੋਂ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਵਿਚ (ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ) ਰਵਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਪਛਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤਾਣੇ ਤੇ ਪੇਟੇ ਵਿਚ ਇੱਕੋ ਸੂਤਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਭੁ = ਹਰ ਥਾਂ। ਆਤਮ ਰਾਮੁ = ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ। ਓਤਿ = ਉਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਚ। ਪੋਤਿ = ਪਰੋਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਚ (ਤਾਣੇ ਤੇ ਪੇਟੇ ਵਿਚ)।

Fareedkot Teekaਨੇਤ੍ਰੋਂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਏਕ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਔਰ ਮਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਏਕ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਹੈ ਔਰ ਸ੍ਰੋਤਿ ਇੰਦੈ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਸਰੋਤਿ) ਸਹੋਤਾ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਕਰ ਏਕ ਹੀ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਤਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸੇਵਕ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿਚ) ਇਕ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਕ ਹਰੀ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੰਨੀਂ ਇਕ ਹਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ।
