Fareedkot Teeka(ਸਹਜੇ) ਸੁਭਾਵਕ ਹੀ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਲੇਤੇ ਰਹੋ ਹਰਿ ਤਤ੍ਵ ਰੂਪ ਗਵਾਚੇਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ; ਭਾਵ ਜੈਸੇ ਸਹਜੇ ਰਿੜਕਨੇ ਕਰ ਮਖਣ ਨਿਕਸਤਾ ਹੈ ਬਿਗੜਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਤੈਸੇ ਨਾਮ ਜਪ ਅਰ ਆਤਮ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਹਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਉਥੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ) ਮਨ ਟਿਕਾ ਕੇ ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪੋ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਨਾਮ-ਤੱਤ ਖੁੱਸ ਨਾਹ ਜਾਏ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਹਜੇ = ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ, ਟਿਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ। ਤਤੁ = ਅਸਲੀ ਚੀਜ਼।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰ, ਉਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਲੱਭਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ ਧੁਰੋਂ (ਭਲੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਲੇਖ) ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਸਾਰੇ ਉਸ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰ ਨਿਵਾਓ ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੪॥
