Prof. Sahib Singhਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਬਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਤੇ ਭੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਉਸ ਕਾ = {ਸੰਬੰਧਕ 'ਕਾ' ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ 'ਉਸ' ਦਾ (ੁ) ਉਡ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ} ਉਸ (ਨਿੰਦਕ) ਦਾ। ਨ ਸੁਣਈ = ਨ ਸੁਣੈ, ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ। ਕਹੀ = ਕਿਤੇ ਭੀ। ਬੈਸਣੁ = ਥਾਂ, ਆਦਰ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਨਿੰਦਕ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਦੁੱਖ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ), ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਨਰਕ ਭੋਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਜੂਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਭਟਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਈਹਾ = ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ। ਆਗੈ = ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ। ਭੁੰਚੈ = ਭੋਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਰਮਾਵੈ = ਭਟਕਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੇ (ਇਸ) ਕੀਤੇ ਦਾ (ਇਹ) ਫਲ ਪਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪ੍ਰਗਟੁ ਭਇਆ = ਨਸ਼ਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਖੱਟਦਾ ਹੈ। ਖੰਡੀ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੰਡੀ = ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ।
