* ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦਾ ਭਾਵ: ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਬ-ਵਿਆਪਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਲੱਭ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਨਿਡਰਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
