Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਟੁੱਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਜੇ ਸੌ ਵਾਰੀ ਭੀ ਬੜੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਨਾਲ (ਉਸ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਨਾਮ-) ਭੋਜਨ ਖਵਾਲਣ ਦਾ ਜਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਏ,ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਉ = ਸੌ ਵਾਰੀ। ਲੋਚਿ = ਲੋਚ ਕੇ, ਤਾਂਘ ਨਾਲ। ਲੋਚਿ ਲੋਚਿ = ਬੜੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਨਾਲ। ਜੇ ਖਾਵਾਇਆ = ਜੇ (ਨਾਮ-ਭੋਜਨ) ਖਵਾਲਿਆ ਜਾਏ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰ, (ਸਾਕਤ ਦੇ ਭੀ ਕੀਹ ਵੱਸ?) ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਉਸ (ਕੰਮ) ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ (ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ) ਉਹ ਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਤਿਤ ਹੀ = ਤਿਤੁ ਹੀ {ਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਣ 'ਹੀ' ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ 'ਤਿਤੁ' ਦਾ (ੁ) ਉਡ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ} ਉਸ (ਕੰਮ) ਵਿਚ ਹੀ। ਜਿਤੁ = ਜਿਸ (ਕੰਮ) ਵਿਚ। ਕੋ = ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ।
