Prof. Sahib Singh(ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਤੇਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ (ਸੰਗਤ ਦੀ) ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੈਂ (ਸਾਰੇ) ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਬਿਖੈ ਦਲੁ = ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਦਲ, ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ। ਸੰਤਨਿ ਤੁਮ੍ਹ੍ਹਰੈ = ਤੇਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ। ਗਾਹਿਓ = ਗਾਹ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਵੱਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਝ ਦਾ) ਚਾਨਣ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਆਤਮਕ ਆਨੰਦ ਦੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਧੀ ਵਿਚ ਲੀਨ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸੁ = (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਸੂਝ ਦਾ) ਚਾਨਣ। ਉਜੀਆਰਾ = ਉਜਿਆਲਾ, ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ। ਸਹਜਿ = ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ। ਸਮਾਹਿਓ = ਲੀਨ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
