Prof. Sahib Singhਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸੁਖ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਹਜੁ = ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ। ਰਹਸੁ = ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ। ਮੁਨਿ = ਮਨ ਵਿਚ। ਪਲਾਇਣ = ਦੌੜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਨਿਰਾ ਇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਭਗਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਜਨਮ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਤ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥

Fareedkot Teekaਖੋਜਤਿਆਂ ਖੋਜਤਿਆਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਤਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਤਿਨ ਹਰੀ ਕੇ ਦਾਸੋਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ (ਤਤੁ) ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਵੀਚਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਭਜਨ ਕੇ ਪਰਾਇਣ ਰਹਿਨਾ ਭਲਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵ ਸੇ ਸਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਮੇਂ ਤਤਪਰ ਰਹਿਤੇ ਹੈਂ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਖੋਜ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਦਾਸ ਅਸਲੀਅਤ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਆਸਰੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਤਤੁ = ਅਸਲੀਅਤ, ਅਸਲ ਸਿੱਟਾ। ਪਰਾਇਣ = ਆਸਰੇ।
