Prof. Sahib Singhਇਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਘਰ ਆਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕੋਟੁ = ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ। ਗੜੁ = ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ।ਆਖੀਐ = ਆਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਤੁਰ ਕੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪੋਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਹੀ ਚੰਗੇ ਗੁਣ-ਰੂਪ ਲਾਲ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਵੇਹਰੀ = ਜਵਾਹਰਾਤ, ਹੀਰੇ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਹੇ ਮਨ!) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ (ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ) ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ, ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਦਾ-ਮੰਦਰ ਬੜਾ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰ) ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਮਗਰ ਤੁਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਖੁੰਝਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਦਾ ਝੋਰਾ ਨਿੱਤ (ਦੁਖੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ)।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਖੁਆਇਅਨੁ = ਖੁੰਝਾਏ ਹਨ ਉਸ ਨੇ। ਕੜੁ = ਕਾੜਾ, ਝੋਰਾ, ਚਿੰਤਾ।

Fareedkot Teekaਐਸੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰੇ: ਸਭਨੋਂ ਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੌ ਏਕ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ, ਪੂਰੇ ਭਾਗੋਂ ਕਰ ਪਾਯਾ ਜਾਤਾ ਹੈ॥੧੧॥☬ਕਿਸੀ ਨੇ ਸਤ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਅਰੁ ਜਗਤ ਕਾ ਰੂਪ ਪੂਛਾ? ਤਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਕੇ ਦੀਏ ਬਿਨਾ ਅਨੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਕੇ ਜਤਨ ਕਰਨੇ ਤੇ ਭੀ ਸਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਮੇਸਰ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਤੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਤ ਕੋ ਦਿਖਾਵਤੇ ਹੈਂ:
