ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕਲਤ੍ਰ = ਇਸਤ੍ਰੀ। ਸਨੇਹ = ਪਿਆਰ, ਮੋਹ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਫਸ ਕੇ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣਾ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਪਾਂਇਆਂ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ (ਵਿਅਰਥ ਚਲਾ ਜਾਇਗਾ) ॥੩॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਿਮੁਣੀਆਦੀ = ਬੇ-ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਨੀਂਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਵਿਅਰਥ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ। ਦੇਹ = ਕਾਇਆਂ, ਸਰੀਰ ॥੩॥
