Sant Singh KhalsaBy His Grace, He leads us to meet the True Guru; then, as Gurmukh, we chant the Lord's Name, and meditate on it.
Manmohan SinghHe, whom, by His grace the Lord introduces to the True Guru through the Guru, utters the Name, with his mouth.
Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਆਮੀ, ਆਪਣੀ ਦਇਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾਲ, ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਜਿਸ ਕੋ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਲੇ ਹੈਂ, ਸੋ ਜਗ੍ਯਾਸੂ ਸਭ ਮੇਂ (ਮੁਖਿ) ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਜੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹੈਂ ਤਿਨ (ਮੁਖਿ) ਦ੍ਵਾਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਕੋ ਧਿਆਵੇਗਾ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮੇਲਿਓਨੁ = ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਉਸ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਨੇ। ਮੁਖਿ = ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾਲ।

ਸੋ ਕਰੇ. ਜਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਾਵਸੀ; ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਘਰੀ ਵਸਾਇਸੀ ॥

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਉਹ ਉਹੋ ਕੁਛ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਗੁਰੂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਬਖਸ਼ਦੇ ਹਨ।
Fareedkot Teekaਔਰ ਜੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਕੋ ਭਾਵੇ ਸੋ ਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸੀ ਸੇ ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰਾ (ਘਰੀ) ਸ੍ਵੈ ਸਰੂਪ ਮੇਂ ਵਾ ਬੈਕੁੰਠ ਆਦਿ ਲੋਕ ਮੇਂ ਵਸਾਵੇਗਾ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਤੇ ਉਹੋ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪੂਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ (ਅਗੋਂ) ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ('ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨ') ਵਸਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ = ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ। ਘਰੀ = ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨਾ (ਵੱਸ ਪੈਂਦਾ) ਹੈ, ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਡਰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਖੁਦ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪੁਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੱਪ ਕੇ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Fareedkot Teekaਜਿਨ ਕੀ ਰਖਿਆ ਕਰਨੇ ਕੋ ਆਪ ਹਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਔਰ ਕਿਤਨੀ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਖਪ ਖਪ ਜਾਵੇ ਕੁਛ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਤਾ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ (ਤਿਆਰ) ਹੋਵੇ, ਹੋਰ ਕਿਤਨੀ ਹੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਖਪ ਖਪ ਮਰੇ (ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀ)।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਹੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਤੂੰ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਰਾਧਨ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੇਰੀ ਏਥੇ ਅਤੇ ਓਥੇ ਬੰਦ-ਖਲਾਸੀ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ) ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਤੂੰ ਨਾਮ ਜਪ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ਤੇ ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ (ਹਰੇਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਡਰ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚਾ ਲਏਗਾ ॥੧॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਹਲਤਿ = ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ। ਪਲਤਿ = ਪਰਲੋਕ ਵਿਚ ॥੧॥
