ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਉਰਿ = ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ। ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਦਰਿ = ਜਿਸ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ (ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕਾਮ ਕਰੋਧ ਆਦਿਕ ਦੇ) ਵਿਹੁ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਿਨਿ = ਜਿਸ (ਗੁਰੂ) ਨੇ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਾਧਾਰਿਆ = ਆਧਾਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਧੀਰਜ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
