Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੀ ਜੀਭ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਚਾਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ,
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਰਸਨਾ = ਜੀਭ (ਨਾਲ)। ਉਚਰੈ = ਉਚਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਸਦਾ ਇਕ ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਈ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਖ਼ਰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੧॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਟੇਕ = ਆਸਰਾ। ਰਖੈ = ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨਿਦਾਨ = ਅੰਤ ਨੂੰ ॥੧॥
