Prof. Sahib Singhਗੁਰੂ (ਗੁਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ) ਸੱਖਣੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ (ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ) ਨਕਾ-ਨਕ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਇਕ ਪਲਕ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਊਣੇ = ਸੱਖਣੇ, ਖ਼ਾਲੀ। ਸੁਭਰ = ਨਕਾ ਨਕ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜੇ) ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
