ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸੀਤਲੁ = ਠੰਢਾ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤ। ਮਨਿ = ਮਨ ਵਿਚ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ = ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾਮ-ਜਲ। ਵੂਠਾ = ਵੱਸ ਪਿਆ।
