Prof. Sahib Singhਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ (ਮਾਨੋ) ਸਾਰੇ ਰਤਨ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਮੋਤੀ ਤੇ ਮਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ (ਭਾਵ, ਗੁਣਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਉਤੇ ਨੂਰ ਹੀ ਨੂਰ ਹੈ),
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਹਭੇ = ਸਾਰੇ। ਮਥੰਨਿ = ਮੱਥੇ ਉੱਤੇ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜੋ ਜੀਵ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਲੱਗ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਭਾਣਿਆ = ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਦਰਿ = ਦਰ ਤੇ। ਸਚੈ ਦਰਿ = ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ। ਸੋਹੰਨਿ = ਸੋਭਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੨॥
