Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਨਾਨਕ ਉਸ ਸੱਚੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਉਹ ਰਹਿ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਤਿਸ ਸਚੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਅਪਨੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤੀ ਹਮਾਰੇ ਮਨਮੈ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ, ਤਿਸੀ ਤੇ ਅਬ ਮੁਝ ਸੇ ਤਿਸ ਕੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਰਹਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਉਸ ਸੱਚੇ ਹਰੀ ਨੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇ (ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, (ਹੁਣ) ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਜੀਵਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ;

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਜਦ ਸੱਚੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਮਿਲ ਪੈਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਦ ਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਜੀਭ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਣਦੀ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮਿਲੈ ਤੌ ਪੂਰਾ ਹਰੀ ਪਾਈਤਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵ ਸੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੋਂ ਕੇ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਸੇ ਹਮ ਹਰੀ ਕੋ ਮਿਲੇ ਹੈਂ, ਇਸੀ ਤੇ ਅਬ ਹਮਾਰੀ ਰਸਨਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਰਸ ਮੇਂ ਤਦਾਕਾਰ ਹੁਈ ਹੈ॥੨॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਕਿਵੇਂ ਮਿਲੇ?) ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਮਿਲ ਪਏ ਤਾਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਹਰੀ ਲੱਭ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜੀਭ ਹਰੀ-ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਸੁਆਦ ਵਿਚ ਰਸ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਰਸਿ = ਰਸ ਵਿਚ, ਸੁਆਦ ਵਿਚ। ਰਸਨ = ਜੀਭ ॥੨॥
