ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕੰਦ = ਗਾਜਰ ਮੂਲੀ ਗੋਂਗਲੂ ਆਦਿਕ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਜੋ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕੰਦ ਮੂਲੁ = ਮੂਲੀ। ਵਣ = ਜੰਗਲ। ਵਣਖੰਡਿ = ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਗੋਸ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਲਾਲਚ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕੱਪੜੇ ਤੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੀ ਲਾਲਸਾ ਟਿਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਛਾਦਨ = ਕੱਪੜਾ। ਆਸਾ = ਲਾਲਸਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਜਦੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ) ਸੇਵਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਤੁਰ ਕੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਉਸਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ।
