Prof. Sahib Singh(ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ) ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰਲੇਪ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਸਦਾ ਜਵਾਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ (ਜਰਾ-ਰਹਿਤ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਵਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੩॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਾ ਕਉ = ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ। ਬੀਠੁਲਾ = {विष्ठुल} ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ। ਤਿਨਿ = ਉਸ (ਮਨੁੱਖ) ਨੇ। ਹਰਿ ਅਜਰ = ਜਰਾ-ਰਹਿਤ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ। ਜਰਨ = (ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ) ਪ੍ਰੋ ਲਿਆ ॥੩॥

Sant Singh KhalsaThose who are satisfied by the Sublime Essence of the Lord, merge intuitively into the Lord; no mouth can describe their state.
Manmohan SinghThey who are satiated with the God's elixir; they merge in the Lord and their glory can be uttered not with the mouth.

Fareedkot Teekaਜੋ ਹਰੀ ਰਸ ਮੇਂ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੂਏ ਹੈਂ ਔਰ (ਸਹਜਿ) ਸ੍ਵਰੂਪ ਮੇਂ ਸਮਾਏ ਹੈਂ, ਉਨ ਕਾ ਮਹਾਤਮੁ ਸੁਖ ਸੇ ਬਰਨਨ ਕੀਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਤਾ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ-ਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਵਸਥਾ) ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਬਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਹਰਿ ਰਸਹਿ = ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ-ਰਸ ਨਾਲ। ਅਘਾਨੇ = ਰੱਜ ਗਏ। ਸਹਜਿ = ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤ ਵਿਚ। ਮੁਖ ਤੇ = ਮੂੰਹੋਂ। ਜਾਤ ਬਰਨ = ਬਿਆਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪ ਕੇ ਸੰਤੋਖੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪ ਕੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੪॥੧੩॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ = ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ। ਸੰਤੋਖੇ = ਸੰਤੋਖ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਜਪਿ = ਜਪ ਕੇ। ਉਧਰਨ = ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘ ਗਏ ॥੪॥੧੩॥
