Prof. Sahib Singhਅਜੇਹਾ (ਰੱਬ ਦੀ) ਪਛਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਰਲਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਵਿਚ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨੀਹਿ = ਨਿਹੁਂ ਵਿਚ, ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਵਿਚ। ਜਿ ਮੰਨੁ = ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਨ। ਥਿਓ = ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਅਜੇਹਾ ਸੰਤ (ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੀ ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ) ਜੋੜਨ ਤੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ (ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਲਈ) ਸਿੱਧਾ ਰਾਹ ਵਿਖਾ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਪਾਧਰੁ = ਰਸਤਾ। ਪਧਰੋ = ਸਿੱਧਾ ॥੨॥
