Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦ ਚੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਨੇ (ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਡੁਬਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ) ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭੇਟਿ = ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ। ਨਾਮਿ = ਨਾਮ ਨੇ। ਉਧਾਰੇ = ਪਾਰ ਲੰਘਾ ਲਿਆ।
