Fareedkot Teekaਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੋ! ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋ ਹਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਕੋ ਬਤਾਵੋ, ਮਨ ਮੇਂ ਹਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਕੋ ਧਿਆਵਣੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੋਵਾਂ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਾ (ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ) ਮੈਂ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰ ਸਕਾਂ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ = ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਧਿਆਈ = ਮੈਂ ਧਿਆਵਾਂ। ਮਨਿ = ਮਨ ਵਿਚ।

ਨਾਨਕ. ਨਾਮੁ ਪਵਿਤੁ; ਹਰਿ ਮੁਖਿ ਬੋਲੀ, ਸਭਿ ਦੁਖ ਪਰਹਰੀ ॥੨॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ (ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਨ ਲੋਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਭੀ) ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਆਪਣੇ) ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਲਵਾਂ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਮੁਖਿ = ਮੂੰਹੋਂ। ਪਰਹਰੀ = ਮੈਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਾਂ ॥੨॥
