ਸਭਿ ਕਾਰਜ ਤਿਨ ਕੇ. ਸਿਧਿ ਹਹਿ; ਜਿਨ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਧਾਰਿ ॥

sabh kaaraj tin ke. sidh heh; jin guramukh kirapaa dhaar |

Sant Singh KhalsaAll the Gurmukh's affairs are brought to perfect completion; the Lord has showered him with His Mercy.
Manmohan SinghUnto whom the Exalted Guru shows mercy, all their affairs are adjusted.

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਇਹ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦਾਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ), ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਾਂ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਵਣਜ ਵਿਚ ਘਾਟਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ),

Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਜੋ ਆਦੋਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਪੂਰਬ ਜਨਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਭਗਤੀ ਮੇਂ ਮੇਲੇ ਹੈਂ, ਸੋ ਅਬ ਭੀ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹੈਂ। ਪਰੰਤੂ ਹਰੀ ਸਿਰਜਨ ਹਾਰ ਨੈ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਵਹੁ ਭਗਤ ਅਪਨੇ ਸਾਥ ਮੇਲੇ ਹੈਂ॥੨॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰ) ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ; ਜੋ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ, ਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਹਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਪ ਮੇਲਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੨॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਤੇਰੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਕਰਨੀ ਇਕ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ (ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਸਾਗਰ ਤੋਂ) ਪਾਰ ਉਤਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸੁਆਲਿਓ = ਸੋਹਣੀ (ਸੁਆਲਿਉ = ਸੋਹਣਾ)।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਾਦੁ = ਸੁਆਦ, ਚਸਕਾ। ਫਿਕਾ ਸਾਦੁ = ਵਿਅਰਥ ਚਸਕਾ।

SikhNet (Spanish)Alabar cualquier otra cosa que no sea el Naam, el Nombre del Señor es inútil.

ਮਨਮੁਖ ਅਹੰਕਾਰੁ ਸਲਾਹਦੇ; ਹਉਮੈ ਮਮਤਾ ਵਾਦੁ ॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਮਨਮੁਖ ਜੀਵ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਹਉਮੈ ਤੇ ਅਪਣੱਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਭਾਵ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਲਾਹਦੇ = ਚੰਗਾ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮਮਤਾ = ਅਪਣੱਤ। ਵਾਦੁ = ਝਗੜਾ, ਝੰਬੇਲਾ, ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ।

ਜਿਨ ਸਾਲਾਹਨਿ. ਸੇ ਮਰਹਿ; ਖਪਿ ਜਾਵੈ ਸਭੁ ਅਪਵਾਦੁ ॥

Sant Singh KhalsaThose whom they praise, die; they all waste away in conflict.

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਹ ਤਾਰੀਫ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਖੇੜਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਖੁਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਉਹ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਖਪ ਕੇ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਝਗੜਾ (ਭਾਵ, ਉਸਤਤਿ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ) ਵਿਅਰਥ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅਪਵਾਦੁ = ਝਗੜਾ, ਕੋਝਾ ਝਗੜਾ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ = ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਧਿਆਈ = ਮੈਂ ਧਿਆਵਾਂ। ਮਨਿ = ਮਨ ਵਿਚ।

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਿਨਿ = ਜਿਸ ਨੇ (ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ 'ਜਿਨ' ਬਹੁ-ਵਚਨ ਹੈ ਤੇ 'ਜਿਨਿ' ਇਕ-ਵਚਨ)। ਪਿਰੰਨਿ = ਪਿਰ ਨੇ, ਖ਼ਸਮ ਨੇ। ਜਿਨਿ ਪਿਰੰਨਿ = ਜਿਸ ਪਿਰ ਨੇ ॥੨॥
