ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਚਾਕਰੀ = ਨੌਕਰੀ। ਭੈ = ਡਰ ਵਿਚ। ਕਮਾਇ = ਕਰੇ।

Fareedkot Teekaਸੋ ਪੁਰਸੁ ਜੈਸਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਧਾਰ ਕੇ ਗੁਰੋਂ ਕੋ ਸੇਵੇ ਹੈਂ ਤੈਸਾ ਹੀ ਫਲ ਪਾਵੈ ਹੈ।☬ਜੇ ਕਹੇ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣੀਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੌਨ ਸੀ ਹੈ? ਸੋ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ:☬ਜੋ ਤਿਸ ਗੁਰੋਂ ਕੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਚਲੇ ਤੌ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣੀਕ ਹੋਤੀ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਤੇ ਉਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਚ ਤੁਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਿਮਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਤਿਸੈ = ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਫਿਰ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! (ਐਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ) ਸਭਨੀ ਥਾਈਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ) ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ, ਤੇ ਨਾਹ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ (ਆਸਰੇ ਦੀ) ਥਾਂ ਦਿੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅਵਰੁ = ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ। ਜਾਇ = ਥਾਂ ॥੨॥
