har simarat man tan sukhee; binasee duteea soch |

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਆਰਾਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਆਤਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਹ ਆਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਸ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਸੁਖੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤਨ ਸੁਖੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਉਸ ਦਾ) ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ ਸਭ ਚਿੰਤਾ-ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ,
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਿਮਰਤ = ਸਿਮਰਦਿਆਂ। ਬਿਨਸੀ = ਮੁੱਕ ਗਈ। ਦੁਤੀਆ = ਦੂਜੀ, ਹੋਰ ਹੋਰ। ਸੋਚ = ਚਿੰਤਾ-ਫ਼ਿਕਰ।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਨਾਨਕ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਣ-ਪੋਸਣਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਪਨਾਹ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਆਲਮ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਣਹਾਰ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਿਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਏਕ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਕੀ ਸਰਣ ਹੂੰ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਹੀ (ਸੰਕਟ) ਦੁਖੋਂ ਕੋ (ਮੋਚ) ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨੇਹਾਰਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਿਆ ॥੧॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਟੇਕ = ਆਸਰਾ। ਗਪਾਲ = {ਅੱਖਰ 'ਗ' ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਦੋ ਲਗਾਂ ਹਨ: (ੋ) ਅਤੇ (ੁ) ਅਸਲ ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ 'ਗੋਪਾਲ' ਹੈ, ਇਥੇ 'ਗੁਪਾਲ' ਪੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਹੈ}। ਸੰਕਟ = ਦੁੱਖ ਕਲੇਸ਼। ਮੋਚ = ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ॥੧॥
