Fareedkot Teekaਅੱਖੀਆਂ ਰੂਪ ਕੋ ਦੇਖਤੀਆਂ ਹੂਈਆਂ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ, ਗੁਣ ਜੋ ਹੈਂ ਨੇਤ੍ਰਾਦਿ ਇੰਦ੍ਰੇ ਸੋ ਏਕ ਏਕ ਰੰਗ ਕੇ, ਭਾਵ ਅਪਨੇ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਣ ਕਰਣੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੈਂ। ਨੇਤ੍ਰ ਰੂਪ ਕੋ ਗ੍ਰਹਣ ਕਰਤੇ ਹੈਂ ਰਸ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਦਿਕੋਂ ਕੋ ਨਹੀਂ। ਰਸਨਾ ਰਸ ਕੋ ਹੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਣ ਕਰਤੀ ਹੈ ਰੂਪਾਦਿਕੋਂ ਕੋ ਨਹੀਂ। ਐਸੇ ਹੀ ਸਰਬ ਇੰਦ੍ਰੇ ਜਾਨ ਲੇਨੇ॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਅੱਖਾਂ (ਰੂਪ ਰੰਗ) ਵੇਖ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਜਦੀਆਂ, (ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਇੰਦਰੇ) ਇਕ ਇਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ (ਰਸਾਂ) ਦੇ ਗਾਹਕ ਹਨ (ਆਪੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਾਹਕੀ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਜਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਰਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋਏ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਇੰਦ੍ਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਚਸਕਾ ਹਟਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ)।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਇਕ ਵੰਨ = ਇਕ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ, ਇਕ ਇਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ।

Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਖੁਦਿਆਵੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੁਦਿਆ ਦੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ। ਮੂੰਹ-ਜਬਾਨੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਖੁਦਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਭੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਝਾਇਆਂ ਭੀ ਭੁੱਖ ਮਿਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀ।
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਭੁਖਿਆ = ਭੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਦੀ। ਗਲੀ = ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤਿਆਂ (ਭਾਵ) ਸਮਝਾਇਆਂ, ਗੱਲੀਂ।
SikhNet (Spanish)sólo son receptores de lo sensorial, no se sacian con ilusiones y suposiciones de cómo deben de satisfacerse.
ਨਾਨਕ. ਭੁਖਾ ਤਾ ਰਜੈ; ਜਾ ਗੁਣ ਕਹਿ. ਗੁਣੀ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੨॥

Sant Singh KhalsaO Nanak, hunger is relieved only when one utters the Glorious Praises of the Praiseworthy Lord. ||2||
Manmohan SinghO Nanak! only then, is the hungry man satiated when, by uttering His praises, he gets absorbed in the Praise-worthy Lord.
Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਕੇਵਲ ਤਦ ਹੀ ਭੁੱਖਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਰੱਜਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਹ ਸਿਫਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Fareedkot Teekaਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਹਤੇ ਹੈਂ: ਭੁਖਾ ਤੌ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਗੁਣ ਕਥਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਗੁਣੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਮੇਂ ਸਮਾਇ ਜਾਵੇ॥੨॥
Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਤਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਵਿਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਏ ॥੨॥
ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਗੁਣੀ = ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿਚ ॥੨॥
