ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਹਜਿ = ਸਹਜ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿਚ, ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ। ਆਲਕ = ਆਲਸ।
