ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਆਧਿ = ਮਾਨਸਕ ਰੋਗ। ਬਿਆਧਿ = ਸਰੀਰਕ ਰੋਗ। ਉਪਾਧਿ = ਝਗੜੇ-ਬਖੇੜੇ। ਤੀਨੈ = ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਹੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਅਚੁਤ = ਅੱਚੁਤ, {ਅ-ਚ੍ਯੁਤ = ਨਾਹ ਨਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ} ਅਬਿਨਾਸ਼ੀ। ਆਤਮ = ਜਿੰਦ। ਧ੍ਰਾਪ = ਰੱਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧॥
