Prof. Sahib Singhਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵਿਚ ਮਸਤ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਵੱਡੇ ਤਿਆਗੀ ਹਨ। ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਹ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ ਹੀ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਅਸਲ) ਖੱਟੀ ਹੈ ॥੪॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਬਦਿ = ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵਿਚ। ਰਾਤੇ = ਮਸਤ। ਬੈਰਾਗੀ = ਨਿਰਲੇਪ, ਤਿਆਗੀ। ਸੋ ਸਚੁ = ਉਸ ਸਦਾ-ਥਿਰ ਹਰਿ-ਨਾਮ। ਲਾਹਾ = ਲਾਭ ॥੪॥
