Prof. Sahib Singh(ਇਹ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਕੁਸ਼ਤਾ) ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਰਹੇਂ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠ ਵਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੂਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਈਦਾ,ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਨਿਤ ਨਿਤ = ਸਦਾ ਹੀ। ਲੇਹੁ = (ਇਹ ਦਵਾਈ) ਖਾਵੋ। ਦੇਹ = ਸਰੀਰ। ਨ ਛੀਜੈ = ਛਿੱਜਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਨ ਛੀਜੈ ਦੇਹ = ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਰੀਰ ਛਿੱਜਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਮਨੁੱਖਾ ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠ ਵਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਈਦਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਅਜੇਹੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਜੰਮਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਾਂ (ਬੜੇ) ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ ॥੪॥੩॥੮॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜਨਨੀ = ਮਾਂ, ਜੰਮਣ ਵਾਲੀ। ਧੰਨੀ = ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ। ਮਾਇ = ਮਾਂ ॥੪॥੩॥੮॥
* ਨੋਟ: ਸੰਖੀਆ ਜ਼ਹਰ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਕਈ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੂਟੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਲਾ ਕੇ ਅੱਗ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦਾ ਕੁਸ਼ਤਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਕੁਸ਼ਤਾ, ਉਹ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੰਖੀਆ ਇਕ ਵਧੀਆ ਦਵਾਈ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਈ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ-ਕਲੇਸ਼ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉਤੇ ਦਬਾਉ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਇਹੀ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਵਾਈ ਭੀ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਆਤਮਕ ਵਿਧੀ ਦੱਸੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
