Sant Singh KhalsaIt is difficult to chant it; it is difficult to listen to it. It cannot be chanted with the mouth.
Manmohan SinghDifficult it is to utter the Lord's Name and difficult it is to hear it. The Lord's Name can be uttered not with the month.
Manmohan Singh (Punjabi)ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸ੍ਰਸਵਣ ਕਰਨਾ। ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾਲ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
Fareedkot Teekaਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਕਾ ਜਸ ਆਖਣਾ ਭੀ ਕਠਨ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਭੀ ਕਠਨ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵ ਚਿਤ ਇਕਾਗਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਤਾ ਔਰ (ਆਖਿ) ਮੁਖ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਵਾ ਅਖਿਆਣੋਂ ਕਰ ਭੀ ਆਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣੀਤਾ ਹੈ॥
Prof. Sahib Singh(ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ) ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਔਖਾ ਹੈ, ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਭੀ ਸਮਝ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਆਖਣਿ ਅਉਖਾ ਸੁਨਣਿ ਅਉਖਾ = ਆਖਣਿ ਸੁਨਣਿ ਅਉਖਾ, (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ) ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੈ। ਆਖਿ ਨ ਜਾਪੀ ਆਖਿ = ਆਖਿ ਆਖਿ ਨ ਜਾਪੀ। ਨ ਜਾਪੀ = ਜਾਪਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਅਨੁਭਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਸਮਝ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ। ਆਖਿ ਆਖਿ = ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਭੀ।

Fareedkot Teekaਇਕ ਪਰਮੇਸ੍ਵਰ ਕੇ ਜਸ ਕੋ ਮੁਖ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਕੰਠਾਗਰ ਆਖਤੇ ਹੈਂ, ਇਕ (ਸਬਦੁ) ਬੇਦ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭਾਖਤੇ ਹੈਂ, (ਅਰਧ ਉਰਧ) ਤਲੇ ਊਪਰ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ ਐਸੇ ਰਾਤ੍ਰ ਦਿਨ ਕਹਿਤੇ ਹੈਂ॥☬ਜੇ ਕਹੇ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਕੁਛ ਅਕਾਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਤੋ ਕਹੋ? ਸੋ ਕਹਿਤੇ ਹੈਂ:
Prof. Sahib Singhਕਈ ਲੋਕ ਬੜੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ (ਲੱਗ ਕੇ) (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ) ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ (ਤੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਦੱਸਣ ਵਾਲਾ) ਲਫ਼ਜ਼ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ;ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਇਕਿ = ਕਈ ਜੀਵ। ਆਖਿ ਆਖਹਿ = ਆਖ ਕੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਭਾਖਹਿ = ਉਚਾਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਰਧ = ਹੇਠਾਂ। ਉਰਧ = ਉਤਾਂਹ। ਅਰਧ ਉਰਧ = ਹੇਠਾਂ ਉਤਾਂਹ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਬੜੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਪਰ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ (ਪੰਜ-ਤੱਤੀ) ਸਰੂਪ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਸੇ ਭੀ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਨਾਹ ਕੋਈ ਰੂਪ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾਹ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਤਿ ਦਿੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਕਿਹੁ = ਕੁਝ, ਕੋਈ (ਪੰਜੀ = ਤੱਤੀ) ਸਰੂਪ। ਨ ਜਾਪੈ = ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਔਖੇ ਸੌਖੇ ਥਾਂ (ਹਰੇਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਭਾਂਡੇ) ਆਪ ਰਚ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਹੀ (ਜਗਤ ਦੇ) ਸਾਰੇ ਸਬੱਬ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ;ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸਭਿ = ਸਾਰੇ। ਅਉਘਟ = ਔਖੇ। ਘਟ = ਥਾਂ। ਥਾਪਿ = ਥਾਪ ਕੇ, ਬਣਾ ਕੇ।
