Prof. Sahib Singhਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਮਨ ਧਨ ਇਹ ਜਿੰਦ ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ-ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰਾ ਇਹ ਸਰੀਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਖ਼ੁਰਾਕ ਨਾਲ ਪਲਿਆ ਹੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਜੀਉ = ਜਿੰਦ। ਪਿੰਡੁ = ਸਰੀਰ। ਸੀਤੋ = ਬਣਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੁਮਰੈ ਧਾਨ = ਤੇਰੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਖ਼ੁਰਾਕ ਨਾਲ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਮਾਲਕ! ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਲਿਆ (ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਾ ਲਈ), ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣਾ ਸਫਲ ਹੈ।ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਤੂ = ਤੈਨੂੰ। ਠਾਕੁਰ = ਹੇ ਮਾਲਕ! ਤੇ = ਉਹ {ਬਹੁ-ਵਚਨ}। ਆਏ = (ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ) ਆਏ ਹੋਏ।

Prof. Sahib Singhਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ॥੨॥੪੧॥੬੪॥ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਸੰਗੁ = ਸਾਥ। ਵਡਭਾਗੀ = ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ। ਕੈ = ਤੋਂ। ਕੁਰਬਾਨ = ਸਦਕੇ ॥੨॥੪੧॥੬੪॥
