ਪਦ ਅਰਥ ਦੁਤੀਆ = ਦੂਜ ਦੀ ਥਿਤਿ। ਦੁਰਮਤਿ = ਖੋਟੀ ਮਤਿ। ਨੀਤ = ਨਿੱਤ, ਸਦਾ।

Prof. Sahib Singh(ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ) ਵਾਧਾ ਹੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ (ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿਚ ਪੈ ਰਹੀ) ਘਾਟ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ) ਨਿਕਲ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
